ABOUT TIWCC
​​The Ibiza Window Cleaning Company is a family run business.
"We relocated our family to Ibiza, from London to set up TIWCC after we were made aware that there was a lack of professional window cleaning services on the Island and so 'The Ibiza Window Cleaning Company' was born."

With a good knowledge of the island, we were aware that in the past few years Ibiza had seen a lot of new development such as large, more modern Villas using a lot more glass than in traditional properties, as well as more glass-fronted commercial buildings.
Even still many Villas continue to use their internal house cleaners to clean the windows when so many new homes require a professional glass clean. With this in mind, we decided to bring the first 'Reach and Wash' system to the Island.

We were inspired by this new way of cleaning as it can clean other surfaces, not just glass, with great results. There is no need for detergent and therefore better for the environment too.

​Our aim is to offer a high-end friendly, reliable, professional and most of all efficient service throughout Ibiza. Making homes, businesses and rental villas so much easier to clean and keep up to standard.

About Pure Water and
How it Works
​
Pure Water is ordinary water with all the impurities removed.
​
Typically in Ibiza the water is very hard, it contains many minerals, metals and calcium. Often in excess of 400 parts per million of diluted solids. If this water is allowed to dry on a surface, the water will evaporate but the minerals in the water can remain and be seen as a white residue.

To get Pure Water our special filtration system slowly forces the water through a series of 5 filters until there are zero diluted solids, this is now Pure Water.

Why Our System is Better Than Traditional Window Cleaning Methods

​Traditional window cleaning leaves behind detergents residue, which attracts fresh dirt back to the glass.
​
Our Pure Water leaves windows that are clean and sterile. Because no detergents or chemicals are used, there can be no white residue left on the dry glass. Also windows do not soil as quickly as there is no detergent residue to attract the dirt and the windows stay cleaner for longer.

When Pure Water is used for window cleaning the impurities on the glass are held in the water, the Pure Water acts like a sponge to the dirt. The glass is then given a final rinse to leave the glass totally sterile. And there you have a fantastic way of cleaning!
